Observing the declining state of mental health and focus while raising four young children, I became dedicated to making a positive impact on the emotional wellbeing of others and became certified in Positive Psychology Coaching. Using my engineering and problem solving background acquired from my work at a Fortune 500 Company, in combination with my influence as a community leader, I set out on a path to help people be more resilient and thrive in a world full of distractions and stressors.
My evidence-based workshops and presentations translate the Science of Happiness (a.k.a. Positive Psychology) into simple strategies and habit ''hacks'' that help decrease overwhelm and burnout and build resilience. My teachings empower those who feel “stuck” to look beyond where they are today and achieve sustainable wellbeing at both work and home.
With a few intentional habits, a bit of knowledge and the right mindset, we each have the ability to live our happiest personal and professional lives. Research shows that people who are happier are better problem solvers and more creative, resilient and productive.
