The Saratoga-Essex Company was founded and created in 1989 by Joseph Toomey and it has proudly remained family-owned ever since. Being in the industry for over 30 years we have never settled for anything less than excellence. We got our start as a custom home builder, and over the last 15 years, we've focused on becoming the top remodel and renovation contractor in Upstate NY.
