White Pines Business Suites to break ground at new Luther Forest Business Park

STILLWATER, N.Y. — Forest Ridge Development LLC is set to break ground on the future White Pines Business Suites at Luther Forest Business Park this week at a special ribbon cutting event that will mark the official start of this new development. 
 
The 62-acre complex, described as the business park for tomorrow and beyond, is located in the northeast portion of the town of Stillwater, on Shenandoah Drive off of Luther Forest Boulevard, within one mile of GlobalFoundries. Set in a serenely wooded forest setting, the site is also strategically situated at the epicenter of economic growth in upstate New York. 
 
The park is in close proximity to I-87, 20 minutes to Albany International Airport and only three hours from New York City, Boston and Montreal, ensuring many travel options for clients, employees, vendors and logistics firms.
 
With seven proposed buildings, the vision for the project is to add 750,000 square feet of customizable co-warehousing, distribution, manufacturing and office space for small and mid-sized businesses.  
 
Already under construction is the White Pines Business Suites, which will feature 30 boutique spaces designed with the small business owner in mind. Availability for these units begins this fall.
