Adults Jujutsu for Self Defense
Our jujutsu is not a competition system, it is a system of self defense using various joint locks, throws and striking methods to neutralize attackers.
Traditional techniques are taught to expand on movement and combat principles. Jujutsu is the foundation of our school’s training.
