Dining with Diabetes
Dining with Diabetes/Prediabetes, a program for people with diabetes or prediabetes and their family members, is being offered by Cornell Cooperative Extention, on Wednesdays, January 24, 31 and February 7, 6:30pm-8:00pm.
Participants will learn how to fit carbohydrates into a healthy menu, effectively use food labels, choose meals at a restaurant and adopt other healthy habits to help manage diabetes through healthy eating. Recipe demonstration and samples provided.
This Free program is sponsored by the Saratoga Springs Lions Club.
