Keynote Speaker: Kaelan Castetter, the CEO of Castetter Sustainability Group
Kaelan will provide an overview of the emerging cannabis industry on an international, national, and state level. He will define the range of products being researched and developed as well as how this is impacting the health care, agriculture, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and distribution sectors. He will also describe the economic trends anticipated for the cannabis industry in the coming years and how new laws are driving economic change.
The Boulder Experience: John Tayer, President & CEO of the Boulder Chamber
John will participate by teleconference offering his perspective on what really happened in Boulder?s economy after Colorado legalized cannabis. He will share stories explaining what sectors of his City?s economy were impacted and how by this change in state laws.
A Local Perspective: Rich Taylor, Land Craft Wellness; and Ella DiPietro, Saratoga CBD Company.
Rich and Ella will talk about how their local firms are already adapting to changes in New York State law regarding CBD and Hemp. They will share their ideas as to how their local operations and related industries might adapt should additional changes be made to New York?s cannabis laws.
