Bridging the gap between In Person and Remote Employee Engagement
 
Over the last few years, we’ve seen a dynamic change in the working world. Some employers are chomping at the bit to get back to the way things were, while others have capitalized on the immense opportunity of a hybrid or fully remote workforce.  The question is, how sustainable is either model? There’s no one correct answer, but engaging the employee base on both levels is critical to retaining the best workforce possible.
 
Join us for an open discussion led by Dr. Angela Pearson of OD Synergistics Consulting, Joelle Monaco of Joelle Monaco Consulting, and Tom Schin, of Alaant Workforce Solutions. We’ll cover some key points to lead you down the path to successfully engaging a mixed audience of employees, but will leave plenty of time for questions and an engaging conversation. 

We will hear from the Chamber President, Todd Shimkus, as well for an update on the Chamber Campaigns that our HR specialists will be interested in hearing and learning more about for the upcoming year.   Our campaign will be focused on providing more workforce from outside of our county, and marketing to a greater audience.
