Mt. Hadley Guided Hike - 08/02/2014

Guided hike of Mt. Hadley starting at 9:00am on August 2nd.

Enjoy a family-friendly hike through some of Saratoga County's most scenic uplands; learning about forest regeneration after fires as you hike through woodlands that contain bare rock patches.

We will be climbing the Western Ridge, and then will head North to the summit where we see the fire tire and will enjoy extensive views of Sacandaga Lake. This is a moderately strenuous hike of several miles over rocky terrain and with sections of steep climbing. Sturdy footwear and hiking poles are recommended.

Bring water and a lunch to enjoy as we rest at the top of Hadley Mountain.
