Join the Saratoga County Chamber in celebrating the new ownership of Parillo's Sausage in Saratoga Springs!

Parillo's Sausage is a beloved. family owned sausage producer based in Saratoga Springs, with roots dating back to 1951.  It was founded by Joseph and Ruth Parillo, in their garage on Elbern Street.  The business moved to it's current location in 1971. Known for it's traditional recipes passed down from their Italian heritage, the compny evolved under Marc Parillo, Joseph's son.  Marc's daughter, Marisa Rahman, took over recently after Marc's sudden passing in 2024.  We would like to give Marisa a warm welcome and congratulations on carrying on her family's tradition!
