Reverse Job Fair

In a reverse job fair, local employers are invited to attend as participants anytime between 3 and 4:30 p.m. Local organizations, like Saratoga Bridges, Unlimited Potential, Saratoga County Career Center's Summer Youth Employment, WSWHE BOCES Employment Training for Adults, Living Resources, and AIM Services, who have clients looking for employment opportunities will have exhibit booths. These organizations will also bring with them some of their clients for immediate job interviews.
 
The exhibiting organizations all provide some level of support to those clients who are hired for a range of positions in all sectors of our economy. There is no cost for an employer to participate. Participants will have a chance to connect with local organizations looking to place clients in employment settings locally and perhaps to find qualified local workers to fill local job openings. Pre-registration by local employers planning to attend is appreciated. Walk-ins are welcome.
