Join the Saratoga County Chamber in celebrating the opening of RISE Housing & Support Services' newest project, RISE Above. 
 

RISE Above is a residential rehabilitation space that provides a structured environment for persons whose potential for independent living is seriously limited due to significant functional impairment. This could include social, employment, or cognitive impairments, or the ability to follow social norms that requires restructuring social supports and behaviors in order to develop sufficient skills. RISE Above provides a course of rehabilitative services in a structured environment with appropriate staffing to provide monitoring and support as well as case management.
