Yaddo Summer Benefit

Yaddo's major fundraiser, held in the Mansion, benefits the artist residency program, providing uninterrupted time and space to creative artists whose collective work has touched millions of lives. The program for the evening will feature Tony award-winning actress, Cherry Jones, reading excerpts from "Dear Elizabeth," a play which is based on the 30-year correspondence between Elizabeth Bishop and Robert Lowell. (Both were Yaddo guests and Yaddo is referenced in their letters). A reception will follow. Sponsor level donors will be invited to a pre-program cocktail party on the second floor of the Mansion.
