Discover an opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the Wealth Management Solutions Department at BSNB! We are seeking a VP, Wealth Management Officer to work collaboratively with BSNB lines of business to identify new business opportunities and deliver personalized financial solutions to high net-worth clients, focusing on investment management, estate planning, tax strategies, and holistic wealth preservation.

VP, Wealth Management Officer

In this role you will:

• Work with all BSNB lines of business and centers of influence to identify prospects for wealth management services including employee retirement plan management.
• Call on existing or prospective customers to build new business, develop relationships with referral sources, and identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand the client base through networking and referrals, participating in marketing initiatives and representing BSNB at community events.
• Manage the administrative and fiduciary functions in each of the accounts assigned. The nature of these account responsibilities will vary according to the type and complexity of the account.
• Provide quality service to each account assigned through a thorough knowledge of the personality and requirements of each account.
• Administer all accounts according to applicable laws, regulations and policies and in accordance with the trust documents to carry out the intent of the trust.

The ideal candidate will have five to ten years' experience in business development in the wealth management and financial services industry. Proven sales and leadership abilities in the financial services industry required, and demonstrated organizational skills. A minimum of five years' experience in investments required, coupled with high wealth fiduciary responsibilities. Must be a self-starter and have a demonstrated ability to work independently in a results-oriented environment.
