We’re looking for a full-time Assistant Controller to join our Finance team at our Mechanicville, NY headquarters.
Please note: This is an on-site position (not remote).
Position Overview
The Assistant Controller plays a key leadership role within our Finance Department. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing monthly cash reconciliations
- Recording and reviewing monthly journal entries
- Overseeing processes such as expense analysis, budget review, and rebate billing
- Supporting continuous improvement in accounting accuracy and workflow
- Collaborating with team members across the department
