Cocktail Server-Vapor Night Club

Your Role:
Our successful Vapor-Cocktail Server promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Keys to Success in this Role:

• At least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent.  TIPS certification preferred. 
• One (1) year or more of cocktail serving experience. 
• Creates and ensures a fun filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence and dynamics is paramount.
• Possesses an outgoing personality along with the abilities to participate in choreographed dynamics and entertainment.
• Be able to provide beverages to our guests with fun, fast, friendly, fresh and focused service, while taking orders and serving beverages.
• Retrieve empty glass and service ware, returning them to properly assigned areas and assisting in the preparation of drink orders.
• Be able to work effectively and knowledgeably with night club personnel; as well as complying with, and enforcing alcohol awareness laws and procedures.
• Must be TIPS trained and certified, as provided by the company.
• Adhere to established company and departmental procedures, guidelines and policies at all times, including but not limited to guest service, cash handling, sanitation and organization.
• Communicate with and promote positive team member and guest interactions and maintain professionalism at all times while working with other team members, departments and guests.
• Maintain strictly, the established company uniform, well-groomed appearance and hygiene standards at all times.
• Using proper techniques in ordering, garnishing and delivering food and drinks, rotation of stations, proper handling and cleaning of glassware.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 6-8 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
• Ability to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
