A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE MARKETING SPECIALIST:

As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating marketing communications and collateral materials that effectively describe and promote the bank's brand and its products. You will work as part of the Marketing team to support all lines of business to develop and execute marketing promotions, campaigns and collateral materials to further support the bank's strategic growth goals. In addition, you will Manage website content and social media channels and work on communications regarding employee announcements, product campaigns and community affair activities.

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE MARKETING SPECIALIST:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Graphic Design, with three to five years' Marketing experience required with a focus on graphic design and communications; in the financial services industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and Dreamweaver software preferred. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies required.
• Experience in web site updates and social media posts/strategies required.
• Experience in creating collateral materials required.
• A high level of creativity is required, with demonstrated attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a group or independently.
