Are you or someone you know a Construction Superintendent looking for your next move? Integrated Staffing is partnering with a leading construction firm in Upstate NY who is hiring a full-time, onsite Superintendent to oversee field operations and keep projects running safely, smoothly, and on schedule.

?? Locations: Various sites across Upstate NY
?? Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7 AM–4 PM
?? Pay: $85K–$120K DOE
?? Stability: This company has not had a layoff in this position in over 15 years.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and supervise field crews

• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and vendors

• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance

• Solve on-site challenges and keep projects moving

• Support scheduling, budgeting, and documentation

• Mentor field staff and foster a strong team environment

What you bring:

• 10+ years construction experience, 5+ in a supervisory role

• Strong commercial construction knowledge

• Ability to read plans, manage schedules, and solve problems

• Experience with Procore, MS Office, and construction software

• Valid NYS driver’s license + ability to pass background checks
