Pay: $24.50–$25.50/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but it's not required. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Operate induction furnaces and casting equipment
- Monitor product quality and production processes
- Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment
- Move materials using cranes and forklifts
- Record production data
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work around high-temperature equipment
- Ability to obtain respirator clearance
