Assistant Residence Manager (ARM)

If you're a DSP with over a year of experience or an ARM at another agency, supporting people with developmental disabilities in OPW services, Saratoga Bridges is looking for you. You'll be the lead during your shift, training new employees, teaching them about each person you support. You'll organize outings in the community. You'll help with staffing while making sure services are provided and documented.

• The starting payrate for this position is $24.00 to $26.00 per hour.

To be eligible for this position you need:

• A valid driver's license
• High School diploma/GED
• A year of experience working with people who have a developmental disability, preferably in OPW services.
