Saratoga Bridges is looking for an Evening Supervisory to work on our Residential team Wednesday through Saturday. Are you an enthusiastic ARM with experience working in OPWDD services, and want to be part of a team, working to strengthen our culture while strengthening the skills of DSPs? To be eligible for this role, you must have a year of supervisory experience working in the ID/DD/OPWDD field and 3 years of experience working with people who have a developmental disability.
In this role, the Evening Supervisor will work with management teams to train new employees, provide supervisory support when there are vacancies, and help ensure quality services are provided. This includes visits to homes and providing coaching observations to the residential team. Review medical guidelines, IPOP's, Staff Actions Plans, and Behavior Support Plans with staff as necessary. Act as a mentor and someone staff can depend on for guidance.
