Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bakery operations to ensure efficiency and quality in food preparation and baking.
• Train, mentor, and manage bakery staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Develop new recipes and products while maintaining existing offerings.
• Collaborate with catering teams to fulfill special orders and events.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to baked goods or services.
• Monitor production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing waste.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in a bakery or pastry setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in cake decorating techniques and pastry preparation.
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various baking equipment.
